Development

Developing a property can be very intimidating and frustrating. Let Edge, the experienced professionals, handle this step for you. We have the relationships with engineers, surveyors, municipalities, etc. to quickly and efficiently get through the process.

Investor Relations

Investors! Look no further for your general contractor/developer. We look at every project through the lens of the investor. We understand that every project must make financial sense and will make sure that your money is put to use for your benefit. We are open to partnering with our investors to give the added assurance that we too are invested.

Sub-Contracting

The Edge team, along with our subcontractors, is made up of experienced workers in all trades. We at Edge are very fortunate to have a team of subcontractors that have the same drive and attention to detail as we do. Our Edge team has a vast amount of personal sub-contracting experience. This allows us to easily relate to the subs that work for us and understand what makes a job run smooth and seamless.

Planning & Development

The planning phase includes acquiring a piece of buildable land and working with city, county, and state officials to determine all aspects of the property infrastructure needs. Our experience in due diligence allows us to make the right decisions from purchasing to design to final product delivery. Giving our customers confidence from the start that, together, we are building a great product.

Design

The design phase starts with developing a project plan according to your vison and turning it into a completed blueprint that is ready to build. Use our experience and expertise to meet your budget with ideas on how to get the look and quality you want at least cost.

Contract & Financing

Our project management team will put a budget together including all building costs for your project. We can get financing set up for the project as the relationships built with various lenders and banks make the financing process easier on the customer when you build with us.

Pre-construction

  • Acquiring all proper permits required by city or state codes 
  • Installing all infrastructure and clearing the site for build preparation

Construction

Building and completing the structure, managed by our expert team of individuals that are a part of the process from start to finish. We offer a Buildertrend owner portal so you can follow the process of your project step by step, no matter where you are located. This is a great way to be interactive with your build and receive insight of schedules, budgets, and more.

Completion

The close out phase of the project includes a final walk through to be sure the project is completed to your expectation and that everything is functioning properly. We take great pride in taking the final walkthrough with our customers as we feel we deliver the best value of any builder in The Flathead! *Warranty included
